THE CLIENT:

ADVANCED ORTHODONTICS OF WISCONSIN

Advanced Ortho is an Orthodontics Practice with 3 offices located in Madison Wisconsin.

When Dr. G reached out to me he was frustrated because he had been paying a very large bill to a local marketing agency that was not producing the results he was looking for.

At the time, Dr. G was about to approve a new Google Ads campaign with this company, and had reached out to ask for my advice on the copy. What we learned was that the ad was targeted using effective keywords, but had no landing page to direct the traffic to!

Upon looking into AOW’s digital presence, we saw lots of room for improvement on the website—from a user experience perspective and from a design perspective!

Thus, the journey began to elevate the AOW Digital Presence!

Photo & Video | Creative Direction & Production

During the website design, Dr. G was inspired by the website of a local dentist. He said he really liked the video banner that played at the welcome of the homepage.

So I called up a videographer friend, and we hopped a flight to Wisconsin! We gathered photos and videos from around the office, as well as professional headshots of the staff AND sit-down-interview style testimonials from a variety of past patients! This was one of my first experiences with organizing the behind-the-scenes of a photo & video session, and I was hooked!

Now, the brand is refreshed. The brand looks highly professional, yet approachable, and is cohesively portrayed on Google, Yelp, Yellowpages, Facebook, Instagram, and all of their other digital channels. There’s a streamlined system for new and existing patients to book their appointments online—and to Dr. G’s surprise more than my own, patients actually use it!

All in all, this website project was a total success and we’re all very pleased with the results!
